The Conference will take place at Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia
Hotel Accommodation
The Organising Committee suggests you book your room at the four-star Hotel Union or Hotel Slon, at the three-star City Hotel and Hotel Park, the two-star Hotel Emonec or at the one star budget hotel Bit. All but hotel Bit are located in the city centre and are within 15-minute walking distance from the venue. In case you need any assistance or further information, please do not hesitate to contact the organizing committee.

Travel
By car: highway connections with Italy (Trieste), Austria, Hungary, and Croatia
By train: International train connections to all European capitals
By plane: Ljubljana International Airport (Brnik) has direct links with Vienna, Prague, Frankfurt, Zurich, Brussels, London, Belgrade, Budapest, Pristina, etc.
Airport connections
There is a regular bus service between Ljubljana Airport and City centre. The journey time is approximately 45 minutes. Tickets cost €4.10 and can be purchased on the bus or at the bus station. Interdisciplinary panel discussion
One of the opening events of the conference is an interdisciplinary panel discussion on Awareness in unresponsive states. The panel discussion will address different perspectives and present varying views on the topic, also inviting questions from the public.

Travel grants
The organizers were able to provide a small number of travel grants for students and junior scientists from Central and Eastern Europe and other less privileged regions. The deadline for submission of travel grant applications was July 15th.
